Our Services
Electronic Claims Processing
Electronic Claims Processing involves submitting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) insurance claims via your Electronic Health Record (EHR). Our streamlined process allows for efficient and secure transmission of claims data.
Claims Submission and Follow-Up
We will help submit claims and provide follow-up support. You can rely on us to provide you with a seamless claims experience which allows you the space to focus on your practice.
Claims Denial Problem Solving
We will help troubleshoot denied claims. Our team understands how to advocate for your rights, and can help resolve claim denials through problem-solving strategies and pursuing appeals when necessary.
Credentialing and Reattestations
We specialize in guiding healthcare providers through complex processes and requirements to help secure their ongoing participation in insurance networks.
Our Pricing
Monthly Rates
Our monthly contracts include the following services:

- Create and submit claims (both primary and secondary)
- Claim reconciliations
- Follow-up on rejected or denied claims
- Provide advice for claim corrections
- Explain reimbursement for you to inform your clients
- Submit client billing through your billing software
- Includes: reconcile client co-pays in billing software; record insurance payments; bill for co-pays and deductibles (print and mail statements)
- Reconcile payments received through billing software, mail, and directly from clients.
- In your EHR, BBP will reconcile monies received a minimum of once a week.
Additionally, questions about your specific billing practices will be referred to you, such as whether to charge a no-show fee or client deductible. We will inform you of the status of your billing so you can answer questions directly to your clients.
Pricing
Group Practices

- Eight percent (8%) of actual collections resulting from the billing services performed by BBP. Such fee shall be calculated by BBP and paid by Client monthly
Solo Practices

- Up to 36 client sessions in a month: $300/month
- 37 to 60 client sessions in a month: $500/month
- 61 to 80 client sessions in a month: $750/month
- 81 or more client sessions in a month: $995/month
Hourly Rates
Our hourly services include the following:

- Provide personal billing training
- Includes: how to use your billing software, how to register self-pay, how to send statements, and how to interpret EOP/ERA for yourself
- Renew insurance contracts (generally every 2-3 years)
- Register with CAQH and Availity
- Maintain information in CAQH and Availity for easier attestations
- EHR set-up
- Includes: Assistance in setting up your EHR, put insurances in billing software and completing the enrollments, advising you of any external accounts needed from your EHR in order to link insurance ERA and payments
- Insurance updates with changes to your business
- Submitting changes of address and all of the necessary steps to complete this task
- Provide personal billing training
